Wow what a let down of a game, after the supreme uber-game that was BF2, EA released this. But anyway, a few tips:

Titan Mode:

1. Get a walker, if at all possible get in one of these, if you use your shield right, ie timing when deploy it, this thing can be practically invinciple. Try not to overheat all your guns because this will leave you open to RDX death, fire in short bursts and use your rockets at one or two second intervals.

2. If a walker is unalavailable grab a tank, while a lot more succesiptible to death than a walker its can still get you a fair few kills. Always protect your backside and deploy your shield at optimum times.

3. When the shields go down, try to avoid attacking the enemy titan as this usually causes death,unless you can spawncamp the enmy defenders. While, defending your own titan the best method is too pod from the inside onto the back of the titan, and then hide in one of the vents and kill those entering, best done with a shield and Sentry gun. While these are defending the entrance, you kill everyone entering on the far side and below you.

Setting up in the right corridor can also get you a lot of kills.

Conquest mode:

My most succesfull kit on Conquest has to be Recon. Killing everyone with the lambert, defending flags with APM's and RDXing large crowds from nearby roofs, all adds up to some nice scoring rounds.

I tend to play on the smaller city map servers and don't use vehicles because it just ruins it for those playing on the ground. You also tend to get less kills.
