The international trading and commerce, like any other activity and business environment has his own language to easy the communication between a seller (exporter) and a buyer (importer). The acronym INCOTERMS stand for "International COMMERCE TERMS" and has been in place for more than 20 years. It is regulated by the ICC - International Chamber of Commerce - being the latest version INCOTERMS 2000.
